MusicBiz Conference Highlights:

Our team had a fantastic time reconnecting with many of you at the MusicBiz conference in Nashville. Our activities ranged from Brandon Holman, our VP of Artist Marketing and Wellness, leading a "Mindfulness for Music Executives" session at SOHO House, to our presence and sponsorship in hosting the Black @ Music Biz Dinner.

After the whirlwind of the conference, many of us are left balancing exhilaration with exhaustion. The event’s vibrant mix of panels, networking, and shows fills us with inspiration but also leaves us needing rest. Here’s how to bounce back effectively:
